When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

GameChat Subscribers

The 3TS Livestream Chat Limited Messaging Right is referred to as a ‘Seat’ and an individual that has purchased that right is a “Seat holder” (collectively, “Seat holders”).

Seat holders are not employees, contractors, or agents. Seat holders are customers that are being provided a service. That service includes surveillance and moderation so that the value of the service to Seat holders can be preserved.

Seat holders agree that they will be the exclusive users of Seats and each Seat holder agress that he/she is responsible for the opinions expressed from their Seat.

Seats holders will use their Seats primarily to comment on the game. Seat holders will not use their Seat for political campaigning, partisan political attacks, or maligning individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, or sexual orientation. Seat holders will not use their seat to disparage 3TS or discuss 3TS determinations regarding the any Seat holder.

‘Seat’ holders may not allow any third-party to send messages with their Seat and may not accept payment for message content. Furthermore, a Seat holder may not sell a Seat, or allow temporary use of their Seat, even if the Seat holder is not able to use the Seat themselves for any reason.

‘Seats’ are subject to 3TS rules and oversight. 3TS determinations and decisions regard rule breaks are absolute. Seat holders understand and agree that the 3TS rules protect the viewing public as well as the rights of Seat holders. As such, 3TS will not compensate rule-breakers that are suspended or terminated. Seatholders acknowledge and agree that any monetary value that is lost by a rule-breaker is both penalty and compensation to 3TS for it’s surveillance and moderation duties.

If 3TS determines that a seat holder has violated seat rules, 3TS may issue a warning, suspend the seat holder’s messaging rights for a period of time, or terminate the rights. Termination would occur only if 3TS has previously issued a warning or 3TS has determined that the violation was a gross violation and/or that the seat holder is likely to violate again. 3TS reserves the right to add or change these rules at any time. Seat holders will be informed of rules changes by email. Seat holders are responsible for knowing the current rules prior to messaging

3TS Participants

By signing up as a Team Organizer or Athlete-Player, you are agreeing to abide by 3TS terms of participation. Those terms include acknowledging the intellectual property of 3TS and 3TS affiliated companies, and sports rules of play and conduct.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Service and Terms of Participation are governed by the laws of Florida, a State of the United States.

If you do not agree to these TOS and TOP, then do not use our website and do not participate.

These TOS and TOP may change from time to time. It is incumbent upon you to keep up-to-date with changes that may occur.
